The cake was good. However I specifically requested and paid for the morning slot delivery (8am-12pm) because we had to leave at 1pm. And the cake was supposed to be a birthday surprise. It was an hour late and as I saw the driver on the tracking map he was getting late, I tried to reach someone to explain the situation; however there was no contact info for the driver and it was impossible to reach Cutter and Squidge - all machine on the phone and no reply to my email. I still haven't heard from them. Good cake but a lousy 8 minute to enjoy it - not the best experience I have had with birthdays. It's a shame that I will not order again.
