It gives me great disappointment that I am having to write to you. We have been purchasing cakes from you for several years. Cutter and Squidge do the best cakes without denial and my sister is always adamant that she wants cakes made by you, for her birthday every year. This is however the first occasion that the cake was delivered to me. I understand that it is a difficult time. The cost of receiving the cake was exceptionally high and unfortunately the sponge was very dry. I also understand that this is very unusual for your company however I must admit I have been left rather dissatisfied on this occasion. I hope that we are able to come to a solution.
