Good service nothing to complain about, but lost a star as the tracking system had me standing by the door for a half hour as the courier came to the road next to ours - so thought the cake was imminent - and then went several blocks away almost to the next area, so I thought at first he was lost, but he clearly had another delivery and then came back again. The tracking suddenly then had a thick line with his route to our house and ETA. So it would just be good to make it clear from the start that the only relevant thing on tracking is the appearance of the thick line. It was clear a lot of cakes were being delivered btw!!
