Good product, but customer services are sadly lacking and pretty poor. They delivered the cake late, despite me paying for the most expensive type of delivery, which meant that it completely missed the recipient's birthday meal. They have since only refunded me a small portion of the delivery fee and after multiple emails, multiple attempts at calling them, I've had no response over the course of nearly 3 weeks - I only want to understand why I haven't been refunded the full delivery amount - Is anyone actually there..?!?
