I have shopped several times with you and have always been satisfied. You have even made deliveries as far as Oxford in your refrigerated van. This time Bickkis were ordered for someone’s birthday The delivery failed as it was claimed that there wasn’t a reply at the door. This is impossible as the flat has a post room where all parcels and post are left. I then had to pay additional £25:00 for a retry. I was very upset as the van driver did not clearly go the right address. This has really changed my opinion about your business. The whole episode left me very disappointed . It will be difficult to change my mind. SO I RATE THIS EXPERIENCE AS VERY POOR
