Truly glorious cake, one of the nicest we've ever eaten, but be aware that the instructions to leave out of the fridge for 3 hours prior to eating are stuck on the INSIDE of the box, so if you do as we did and leave it in the box to protect from odours in the fridge until the last minute, you won't see them until you open it, and will have a pretty hard birthday cake when you come to cut it..
