I brought this as a gift for a friend who was in a 2 week isolation. It arrived when expected and I was kept informed all the way from placing the order to the actual delivery. Even when I had a query it was responded to very quickly. My friend was very pleased to receive it and she said that the lemon drizzle cake was to die for. My only suggestion would be is to have an option to have a choice of loose tea or a quality teabag as not everyone has a teapot and strainer.
