Be aware, big scam!!! I was charged with almost 400 euros eventually. I found out the hard way and they didn't even give me back the 17 euros they had charged minutes before I contacted them. They use templates to reply to the emails as they don't care at all about your concern. I had to cancel my card too but I'm not sure I'm protected still. Edit: after I started sharing reviews, the amount I had paid of 14 months (while I was charged for 22). The money seem to have been sent to me by them, however I don't exclude the possibility for them to have been refunded through my bank. I thought (and I'm pretty sure) they are the one that took actions and sent them back, as I read another's review claiming that they give you your money back to make you delete your review. So I sent them an email telling them that I didn't received the whole amount back (only 14/22 months) an they replied with what you can read in this screenshot
