If I can give no stars, I jolly would. And BEWARE of this template company! They provide you with no cancel option in your account and expect you to write an email to them to cancel - but this was NEVER stated big and clear to you at all from the start. And they have the cheek to claim you gave them the authorisation.
Unscrupulous business with no ethics and i’m damn sure they have deep internal issues going on. I wish them go bust sincerely.
Go and use resume.io is better. Legit companies who are honest provide cancellation options in the platform.
