I'm disappointed that the Job Centre recommended this site, especially since I created a superior CV myself using Canva. I was charged 99p to download the CV. Which I also thought was a scam and then to be unexpectedly charged £19.99 without subscribing. I'm very unhappy about this, particularly as I'm trying to be financially responsible while unemployed.
