I bought my gorgeous bed frame from Danetti in Jun 2020. We had issues from the beginning but I was so in love with the design that I never raised them (lesson learned)! The issue with the bed frame is that it has two configurable support pieces underneath. Even though they are configured to the lowest setting , the surface of the bed that these pieces are support is elevated! So one third of the bed (the surface above the two support pieces is elevated), making the mattress sagging at the sides. I thought we could live with this, foolish of me for sure, but now both my partner and I are having back issues. Even though it’s been a long time since we bought it, I thought I would try my luck so I reached out to their customer service team. “Is there anything you can do, even though it’s outside the warranty”, I asked, “Yes, we will open a case and help” they said, surprising me positively! I shared the pictures I was asked, showing very clearly that the bed frame is immaculate and configured correctly, and the mattress clearly sagging at the ends. After a couple of follow ups and no call backs to get any feedback, I managed to talk to someone today and get the verdict. This person looked at my pictures and tried to convince me the bed frame looks great and there is an issue with my mattress! The said mattress is 3 times more expensive that their bed frame and when on the floor or on another bed it feels great, there is no sagging whatsoever! Dear Danetti team, - PRIORITISE COMFORT: Please make quality products not only to the eye but from a comfort perspective! You are risking the structure of people’s spines here! - DON’T WASTE OUR TIME: If you aren’t willing to investigate an issue outside warranty, you are entitled to do so and you will be right in doing so! But please say so from the beginning and don’t waste people’s times! - LOSE THE DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE: Lastly, any more importantly, teach your customer service team to be respectful and not dismissive!!! I am sleeping on my bed for months now, I have used the mattress on other frames and different beds, I don’t need to be “convinced” that my mattress is the issue and hear ten times on a 5 min call that “there is nothing wrong with the bed”.
