Bravo and congratulations is what I can say to the Danetti Team. Over a year ago I ordered sofas. A couple of months later, I reported a fault. The customer service team said they would replace it. After 8 months of back and forth, every excuse under the sun, the sofa finally arrived 8 months later... Now produced by a UK factory as suppose to being produced in the far east. Although the customer service manager assured me she had checked the new sofa.... To be fair - I am not quite sure how. The legs do not match the instructions and the stitching and quality is appalling - please see pictures
Danetti have given me the option to replace my 'so called' new sofa with my old sofas (as option one), followed by two further options... ie, have a manufacture come and investigate the new faulty sofa or 3. Get another sofa and go through the whole torture with them again .... But to be honest, I have lost the will to live
So congratulations to danetti and the staff, they have gone full circle and got exactly what they probably wanted..... Replace my faulty sofa 8 months later, with the same faulty sofa... With no monetary compensation.
If I don't laugh about the situation, i would be in tears!!
Totally pathetic
Danetti should have continued to work with the far east company, they changed to a UK manufacturer to be more sustainable, but the sofas arrived fully wrapped in thick double plastic.... Really sustainable... You couldn't write in any better way
Mr Smith the director has made no comment, I understand its beneath his pay grade to acknowledge or to even sympathise about the situation
