“I have never experienced such appalling customer service from any company in my life. On September 22, 2022, I purchased two beds from Danetti. Both of these beds have broken, and given they were used by my 11-year-old son and me—both petite individuals—it’s evident this isn’t due to misuse on our part.
When I contacted Danetti to address the issue, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare:
Order "Not Found": Initially, Danetti claimed they couldn’t locate my order, despite my sharing photos and details multiple times. I had to contact my designer to retrieve the order number and date. Even after providing this information, they contacted my designer to confirm the order rather than communicating directly with me about next steps.
Delays and Runarounds: After much back and forth, Danetti stated they would send an engineer to inspect the beds before making a decision. However, no timeline or clarity was provided. Meanwhile, I escalated the issue on Trustpilot, prompting them to claim the matter would be addressed urgently. They assured me the escalation team would call on a specific date, but the call never happened. Instead, I received an email asking me to start the process over and upload the photos again.
Dismissive Attitude: Every time I followed up, I was given inconsistent responses. On one call, I was told engineers would contact me directly but was also reminded—unnecessarily—that they are independent and Danetti cannot influence their decisions. This was already clear, yet it became a repeated talking point that felt like deflection rather than progress.
Adding to my frustration is the fact that my son, who is severely disabled, has been forced to sleep on a sunken bed for weeks. This has caused significant discomfort for him as he struggles to cope with uneven surfaces. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, Danetti has shown no real consideration or effort to resolve this matter promptly.
Weeks have passed with no resolution, just an endless cycle of delays, miscommunication, and poor service. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful and utterly disappointing. I will never purchase from Danetti again and strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they want to exchange their money for frustration and stress.”

In brief I placed an order on 27th May for a sofa which has still not yet arrived (it has now been 6 months). I have constantly been given false information about the delay including that there is bad weather in the Middle East, the cargo ship has had issues and is delayed en route, that the sofa has arrived in the UK but is stuck at customs, however I found out the truth yesterday that the sofa has not yet left Turkey where it was manufactured. I would have cancelled my order months ago if I had been told the truth.”
“I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the Danetti beds I ordered through my designer on September 22, 2022. Both beds have now broken, despite being used by myself—a petite, lightweight individual—and my 11-year-old son, who is equally light. It is clearly not a case of weight or misuse on our part.
When I initially reached out to Danetti, I provided my address and photographs of the broken beds. Your team requested additional photos of the inside of the beds but still claimed they couldn’t locate the order. Interestingly, you had no trouble finding another Danetti order we placed for chairs, which only adds to my confusion and disappointment.
Eventually, I was able to obtain the order number from my designer and shared it with Danetti. At that point, your team mentioned sending an independent engineer to verify the issue before taking any further action. While I was waiting for you to contact me to finalize a date, I discovered that instead of reaching out to me, your team contacted my designer first to verify the truth of the case. This was both unnecessary and disrespectful, given that I am the owner experiencing the issue.
As of now, I am still waiting for a date for the engineer’s visit to assess whether the fault lies with the product or, as your process implies, with the owner. Meanwhile, my family and I are left dealing with the inconvenience and stress caused by faulty products.
I am sorry if this message comes across as overly frustrated, but I have reason to be. I have a non-verbal autistic child who struggles with uneven surfaces and already has difficulty sleeping under the best of circumstances. These broken beds have added unnecessary distress to an already challenging situation. For context, we had Warren Evans beds for eight years before switching, and they were in perfect condition when we moved houses and decided to replace them. I deeply regret choosing Danetti for this purchase.
This experience has been nothing short of exhausting, and I am appalled by the lack of efficiency and consideration in resolving this matter. Thank you, Danetti, for compounding my troubles rather than alleviating them. Rest assured, I will never purchase from Danetti again and will advise others to avoid your products as well.”
“I bought an outdoor dining set and a furniture cover from Danetti. The cover is sold as being waterproof however the first time it rained two cushions got completely saturated with water despite the cover being in place. When I asked for a replacement due to the cover being faulty, I was told their engineers stood by their product and they were adamant it was waterproof. They told me I would have to find and pay for an independent engineer to examine the cover and produce a report to confirm it was not waterproof. They reiterated this when I sent more photos after another heavy downpour. Their CEO claims on their website that if something is wrong they'll make it right- unfortunately this is a lie.
Their products are expensive and look good, but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own”
“The staff were very friendly and had provided all the information required. Not only that, I was also informed of the coming sale. This gave me time to sort out my budget and be ready to place an order.”
“What an amazing find Danetti. Initially Looking for bar stools and ended up buying a sofa and two chairs and 6 bar stools.
From the moment we walked in we were very impressed with the showroom and more importantly no cheesy salesperson jumped on us. Just a simple acknowledgement then the Lovely Hannah came to us about 10mins later. Perfect. Service was outstanding. Lovely coffee, done a deal, then got given bottle of Prosecco and their own showroom smelling oil and sticks. We felt very looked after, al beit we spent a few grand.
You get what you pay for I suppose. Can’t wait for it all to arrive in just 1-3weeks. Will add photos then. Got our eye on several coffee tables too. Definitely a showroom worth visiting. Thanks Hannah. Lovely lashes too 😉”
