I had major issues trying to cancel my subscription which I posted here days ago kept getting stuck in a loop, and the confirmation email never arrived no matter how many times I tried. Support responses felt automated at first, which was frustrating. BUT eventually, the team stepped in, manually processed my cancellation, and fixed the issue. They also made sure future emails wouldn’t get blocked. It took some persistence, but I appreciate that they followed through and resolved it. Just glad it’s sorted now.
