£80 worth of gift voucher receieved for my birthday - after a visit to Asda (where the vouchers were purchased by my friend) , a visit to a store, 5 emails to customer services and a call with customer services today I have been told i cannot use the gift cards online!
So effectively my friend has wasted £80 that i cannot redeem - so unbelievable that they do not have the systems in place to deal with this and the customer service has been appauling! I am so gob smacked that they are happy to leave it like this!
