As it turns out, if you do not report damage within 5 days of an item being delivered they will not exchange it.
So if you have an item that has protective corners on it and you would need help to get it out the packaging and you can't check every single part of it within 5 days then it is too late and they won't exchange it.
I would not buy from this company, there is no guarantee, you may as well buy something with a predisclosed fault from ebay.
