Store Manager can see they are 1 to 2 inches to long and thats acceptable?
They have a Debenhams label and a Thomas Nash label.
My fault for not having a receipt or the date of purchase.
Customer service such as this will bring this company to its knees.
Debenhams responses are scripted with no one making a common sense decisions.
