Shocking customer service. Purchased an item for my Granddaughter's first birthday. Last quoted delivery date was 03.08.15. When it had not arrived one week later, I started a protracted email correspondence with Debenhams. Sixteen emails later, Birthday long since been and gone, still no closer to a resolution. Tried phoning customer service directly who told me that the order no. I was quoting (on their confirmation of order email) was not one of theirs. Said I wanted to speak to a more senior member of staff and after waiting several minutes was told no-one was available and I would get a call back within 24 hours. One week later no call.
As per several other correspondents on this site, I will most certainly never buy from them again
