Worse than Very Poor. Unbelievably appalling after sales service. Calls, emails and several communications ignored. Incapable of resolving any customer or product issues. Let the Buyer Beware as this crew do not want to speak to you after they have taken your bucks!
It appears that their policy is to apologise and they seem to think this makes everything ok. Ineffective, disinterested and unprofessional in the extreme.
