MOST APPALLING CUSTOMER CARE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
Made an order on line and when it did not arrive I telephoned their 0844 number. The people I spoke to Anthony, Lucky and Arran were the most pig ignorant people I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. None of them would let me speak with a team leader nor put me through to the complaints department. All they wanted to tell me was that I was wrong. Debenhams have taken my money and I do not have the goods that I paid for. To me this is theft. Do not deal with this load of crooks.
