Seems that reading the reviews we all of the same opinion, your staffs attitude is appaulling, they quote one policy for returns and then they treat you disgracefully when you genuinely need to return something and then they refund because they can't find a fault after being rude and have attitude with you!!!
Do not shop here, or if you do, don't return as they are vile.
