Shocking customer service. Defective laptop received. Reported problem in first fortnight of use. Mucked around with software fixes over the phone for first month. Eventually they took laptop back and have diagnosed hardware problem. They will not refund, replace or part ex defective laptop. Am therefore still awaiting remedy to original defective laptop 4 months on . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Truly awful experience. Probably one for Watchdog..........
