Used twice. 1ST order only half of order was despatched as other item supposedly out of stock. A real pain to get refund.
2nd order was some Chanel perfume for my wife for Christmas (not cheap). When opened it was clearly off so very old stock I would think. Refused to exchange as bottle opened!
Will now not be using Debenhams online again and won't step inside their store. Suggest John Lewis is a better bet.
