Recently bought furniture from the Oxford Bedroom range from Debenhams online. The bedroom storage chest was faulty and needed to be replaced or repaired. I have been passed from Head Office to Customer Services to the Furniture Team to the Quality Assurance Team. None of the departments respond in a timely manner, and only respond after I have complained about their non response.
I have now written to the CEO of Debenhams and finally I have a company coming out to inspect the furniture and attempt a repair.
I will never buy furniture from Debenhams again. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced.
