Order Cancelled
I ordered expensive perfume online on Monday then got an email 1 hour later to tell me that the perfume was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. My money, however, would not be refunded for 3-5 days! Outrageous!
On Wednesday, I looked again and 'hey presto' it was back in stock but the price had risen.
Come on Debenhams, who do you think you are kidding. You have my money and I could have waited a day for fresh stock...how many people have you diddled out of a Black Monday saving, I'm furious
