Excellent service from Keith (and his manager Andy) in the menswear department in Basingstoke. My son recently hired his wedding suits from them and he was delighted not only with the quality of the clothes but by the exemplary customer service he received from Keith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and showed an interest in the wedding unlike other companies we had visited who just showed us a book and price list!!! We knew if there was a problem Keith would be the man to sort it out. Fortunately, everything was perfect and the entire ordering and return system was so easy. We would thoroughly recommend.
