Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a laptop online then discovered a payment error when I received invoice. I then phoned to try rectify this..then phoned again....and again... and again.....6 times over two days and every time I was assured the manager was dealing with my complaint and would call me back prompto. Three days later I am still waiting for him to contact me. Shocking service from such a reputable retailler.....needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere from now on but I will be taking this matter further as I want back what I have been overcharged! STEER CLEAR OF DEBENHAMSPLUS!
