I ordered a Lenovo laptop, when it arrived it would not load up. I spoke to Lenovo who went through checks with me, it turned out the laptop had no hard drive!
I rang Debenhams and was cut off twice 4 minutes into the call. I then emailed them and have been told it could be 28 days before I get a refund, that is if they accept it is faulty!
Disgraceful! Avoid them like the plague!
