laptop buyers "BEWARE"
Pathetic Customer service. seriously please please don't buy from here. i don't know why Debenhams does't take any action against them. they are destroying their name. Its a dodgy company even their real name is "Buy it Direct". they do not even stand by their guarantee on products. very poor customer service, will not shop there again.
