They sent me a faulty dehumidifier that leaked all over the floor, & then proceeded to treat me with the worst customer service (next to Houzz) that I have ever experienced. No exaggeration- I would give zero stars if possible.
They eventually collected the machine a few days ago and I've had to open a bank dispute to get my money refunded.
Avoid- there are more ethical businesses out there to deal with that treat a customer with politeness and respect.
Seriously disgusted.
