Will not be using Debenhams click and collect again. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in store, was told they would be delivered in 2/3 days. 1 pair delivered after 8 days, still waiting for other pair after 11 days. Have been back to store but staff not helpful, told me to phone an 08445 number, (costing me money,) to find out what is happening to order.
Would not recommend to anyone!
