Totally unacceptable customer service.
Purchased an Ottoman for our bedroom and it arrived OKish but the it all went downhill very quickly.
The item was damaged in several places so sent pictures to them and was offered 10% discount which was not enough.
We then told them we wanted to return the item and after numerous phone calls, email and staying in waiting for Hermes to collect it , it is still in our hallway after nearly a month.
We have now reached the stage of utter despair and if it is not collected today it will be put out by the garage and a full refund will be demanded.
Please please do not use this company as they have no idea what Customer Service is all about.
