Had to contact customer services re damage caused to my propert following delivery; numerous emails sent and chased by myself, debenhams blaming supplier for not getting back to them; contacted supplier directly after 4 months waiting for a decision from debenhams only to be told - debenhams hadn't even been in touch with them and my issue resolved by supplier within two weeks. Appalling customer service by debenhams.
