My wife bought a dress and paid the £7 for next day delivery and we waited.
Then at 10.15pm the next day I called to find that the item had been delivered and signed for but not to my house and they only had a first name and the postcode of the receiver.
There needs to be some changes to their system like getting a full name and actually delivering the item.
I have received a refund but that still doesn't fix the missing dress needed for a wedding in 2 days time.
