Decathlon is one of my favorite stores. i make a point to visit the store whichever city i visit (atleast the one near to the city if not in the city).
i had reviewed and considered Decathlon in high regards.
My recent visit to Decathlon, Belfast was bad. I reserved a product online (which was a bike) and got the confirmation from the person in the store that i can come and collect the product any time in the week. unfortunately i was turned back when i went to the store.
