Bought a badminton racquet in Decathlon Auburn on Sunday and its strings broke at the first play on Monday within 5 mins. The staff said it is normal and no warranty, then let me go to the professional shop to fix it.
I contacted Decathlon customer service, he let me restring it in Tempe Decathlon. I said it is a product issue, even though I restring it, it will break again quickly. Then he doesn't reply me any more.
