A little slow at despatching items, takes about a week before they commit to sending the items. Also a bit slow at exchanging items I had to chase up the company to find my returned items before they sent the exchange item back out. They did do this very fast upon my chase though.
Customer service response was quick.
Products seem of a good quality though.
