I bought a mountain bike (B'twin Rockrider 340) online. Firstly, this bike is very good value for money. I've used it a couple of times, put it through it's paces a bit and had no problems at all. The product doesn't come with a manual even though the delivery note said it should have one. I queried this online as I wanted to know how to tighten up the suspension and how to adjust the handlebars. While this may be obvious for some, I'm far from experienced with bikes. I was directed to the B'twin website but after trying to find the information I needed for over an hour, gave up. So I'm left none-the-wiser and it appears no one can help me. Don't want to take away from the bike itself though, pleased with it.
