Overall the service was good, I ordered items on line and they were delivered quickly, all items were present and in good condition. 5 stars service I ordered two pairs of shorts both in the same style, but different colours, so it was disappointing that despite the labels all identifying them as being the same size, that one pair had a waste size 1.5" bigger than the other, which meant I had to return them which cost me time and money to do so, plus then I had to start looking elsewhere for another pair of shorts. Decathlon have missed a trick here because great customer service would of meant, that when they read the reason for return on the ticket, they should of selected a suitable replacement, then rung me to explain they had some the right size , then dispatched accordingly, 2 Star service
