Had to send my orginal item because it was much smaller than I imagined. Returns procedure was speedy, FREE and easy to arrange. Organising the replacement was easy, but was slighly delayed due to a shortage of stock. However, I was kept informed and have now received the replacement and in good time for my holiday.
