I ordered an item under the understanding that it would be delivered to my home address. I subsequently learned that home delivery was not available when I investigated a notification that the item had arrived in an outlet some 80 miles away. I pointed out this out and the staff were quick to organised a home delivery from the outlet. This was a problem of communication - I would suggest that it be made clearer on the site that home delivery is not available (why did you you collect my address outside payment authentication?) - but one that was resolved very smoothly by staff.
