I had to make 3 150 mile round trips to get my bike sorted out, the gears were badly adjusted, sold the wrong rear panier holder did not fit, then when I returned refused to fit the correct one until I refused to leave the store until they did!!
Staff did not seem at all knowledgeable and rather uncaring, very disappointed.
