Nothing extra-ordinary. Rather inconvenient in that if you pay online with Amex, they cannot make any refunds on your Amex card in store.
Nothing to do with online, but the physical store is seriously understaffed so if you click and collect, it takes forever to collect and if you should need to make a return then you are there for an eternity.
