My cross trainer machine is very good, I have no complaints. It was a 2 part delivery, the first delivery was a plug which can be used in the UK, I received the wrong one, so I went to Decathlon, and they changed it for me without any problems. I was told that they will check their remaining stock for any wrong plugs used.
