I like Decathlon products and prices. I purchased my first adult scooter 3 yrs ago to do my daughter's school runs. Now, I see a lot of mums do the same thing. The scooter turned out the best buy ever. Though I might upgrade it soon. However, I had purchased a back pack. The zip was broken. I bought another one online,and Last week while I was shopping for swimming gears at Decathlon, my phone fell off the floor from the front pocket of my Decathlon back pack. Zip was broken again. I rushed to the cashier, complained about the situation. I didn't have the receipt. But right on the spot , they gave me a new back pack. Now, i can say that I like Decathlon products, pricing and customer service as well. Thanks Decathlon...
