The items i purchased were great promptly delivered and the communication was great. one of the items did not fit as it came up a bit small. I followed the returns policy and took the items back to the store i had click and collected from. I handed over the items and there was no checkin or receipt given for the return just their word it would be returned and replaced with the required size. Six weeks later nothing just a pending order. I contacted customer service who were prompt and helped resolve the issue, in this instance i took a refund as i needed the item quicker than they could get me a new one. All in all i was happy with the service but think their returns needs some looking into. Product as always was great value for money and really well made which is why i will continue to shop at Decathlon.
