Before I placed the order, and in the confirmation email, you indicated that the product would be available to pick up in store the day after I ordered it. It was not. I was subsequently away for a week, and explained to your store staff that I would not be able to pick it up until after your 7 day collection window had expired. It duly expired, and you cancelled my order. Happily, this didn't seem to matter, and it was still in the store when I returned to pick the item up. Your system worked, but not as advertised.
