I found everyone I dealt with polite & professional. I would order again. It was the first time I had used the on line service.The clothes I ordered were really nice,good quality but I found very small sizes so I had to send Coat etc bac.I took the coat to work to see if one of the girls would like to try it .it was small for them. The sleeves were very narrow. It did cost me nearly £3 to send them bac.I did get a full refund tho even the delivery charge.
