The order process was relatively easy and straight forward and the bike itself is great and fantastic value for money, the only part of the process that didn't go as smoothly as it could was the delivery as I had no idea when it was coming and there is no option to allow a neighbour to sign for it. In saying that DHL did pull out all the stops to make a special Saturday delivery for me, but I think that this was more to do with the bike being sent back to Heathrow and the deport being open 24hours. I would recommend and buy something for Decathalon again (this is my third bike purchase), but would think carefully about the delivery address to make the process perfect.
