Good comunication, delivery in good time. Would prefer not to have received the marketing e-mails after purchase & would be nicer to receive item in a box rather than a plastic bag. When buying Football boots (or any footwear)you would expect a box as standard. having said that boots were £5 cheaper than other on-line options I could find, so fair enough
